I have been there too, until I gained insight into my destructive belief, which was hidden deep within me. I wasn’t even aware of it. But in the meantime, this was the driving force behind my painful experiences. Because we are creators from our consciousness. When you understand yourself on a deeper level, this helps you heal more than blaming circumstances. I specialise in finding your saboteur. Once you have identified it, you can move forward again on your own Strength, with a capital S!

 

Free yourself through holistic therapy

Your body, your mind and your soul are all part of you. As a holistic therapist, I view you as a unified being. Everything in your life is interconnected. The external world is part of your internal world, because energy attracts energy. For me, holistic therapy is the most powerful form of therapy because it draws upon two worlds. That is why I work in two blocks during our sessions:

1. EARTHLY
First, we will look for the source of your dilemma. I call this the earthly part. Because our problems manifest themselves to us in the outside world. And these are ordinary earthly problems, such as something that is happening at work, in your love life or in your family.

2. ESOTERIC
In the second part, we embark on a healing journey. We enter an alpha state, allowing the subconscious to easily provide insights. Esotericism deals with hidden aspects of reality, aspects that cannot be perceived by the senses, the essence of things. We collect symbols and signs that you need to take the next step in your healing. This is an essential part, because our physical world arises from the non-physical. We create from the world of thought.

Is holistic therapy woolly?

Many entrepreneurs visit my practice. They are very pragmatic people. They often come with a specific question and want to find a solution as quickly as possible. After the first session, they already see how effective the treatment is. Because holistic therapy is not just about talking. It is about restoring the connection between yourself and your deepest core. From there, you stand in your Strength. How can that be woolly?
