We understand having a football coach, but who needs a coach to teach them how to live? What is a life coach?

With our hectic modern lifestyle, there is little time for contemplation. (mirroring yourself; reflecting on the everyday things that happen to you.) We just carry on and carry on. Until, at some point, something gets stuck. Or you haven’t felt real joy in a long time, even though there’s nothing wrong with your life. Sometimes you don’t know where to start your search. This is where I come in as a life coach.

 

What can a life coach do for you?

As a life coach, I help you bring order to your mind and heart. These two are sometimes at conflict with each other. And because we are so preoccupied with our external world, we usually focus on something that is not the core of the problem at all. Isn’t it nice when someone shines a different light on things?

I offer you the tools and insights you need to make real changes in your life. It is my wish that your dilemma will not return: a true transformation. How to come back to yourself?

As long as you are walking the path of transformation with me, we will stay in regular contact. I know how challenging it can be, because making a change in your life requires persistence. This usually takes about three to six months. A life coach looks at how you can change direction without getting stuck in recurring themes. I have quite a few tools at my disposal that have proven themselves over time. So whatever you are struggling with, there are always methods to help you get back on track. As a life coach, I keep a close eye on your progress throughout this process, even after a session.
