Trust<\/h2>\n

Of course, you want to resolve a problem or dilemma as quickly as possible. And in some cases, it is not that difficult to see the big picture and make a change. However, most of us have been rooted in thoughts and patterns for years, which are so deeply ingrained that it takes more than one or two sessions to change them. <\/span><\/p>\n

The sessions last 2.5 hours for a reason. This allows us to cover a lot in one session. But afterwards, normal life resumes so that you can integrate your new insights. In other words, the periods between sessions are just as important. And you will need to integrate your adjustments during these periods in order to chart a new course.
